Study Veterinary Medicine Across Iceland and Poland
Earn two recognised qualifications while studying at two UNIgreen universities.
Begin your studies at the Agricultural University of Iceland (AUI) before continuing your veterinary education at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences (SGGW). Upon successful completion, graduates receive both a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Agricultural Sciences – Animal Health by including Semesters 5 and 6 delivered at SGGW and a professional title of lekarz weterynarii which is equivalent to a Veterinary surgeon.
Students begin their studies in Iceland (AUI) before continuing their education in Poland (SGGW), benefiting from an international learning environment and the combined expertise of two leading universities in agricultural and veterinary sciences.

About the Programme
The Double Degree Programme in Veterinary Medicine and Animal Health is a joint educational initiative developed within the UNIgreen Alliance by the Agricultural University of Iceland (AUI) and the Warsaw University of Life Sciences (SGGW).
The programme combines expertise in animal health, agricultural sciences and veterinary medicine, allowing students to study in two European countries while benefiting from complementary academic strengths.
Students complete the first part of their studies in Iceland before continuing their veterinary education in Poland.
