The UNIgreen vision
To be the leading European University in the field of Sustainable Agriculture, Green Biotechnology and Environmental and Life Sciences, where students and the entire Academic Community develop the values, attitudes, knowledge, skills and competences to become agents for the transition towards a climate-neutral and resource- efficient economy, supported by an ecosystem that connects education, research, innovation and society to promote sustainable development.
The UNIgreen mission

To provide an updated scientific and technological framework to skill, upskill, reskill and empower existing and future professionals and experts in the field of Sustainable Agriculture, Green Biotechnology and Environmental and Life Sciences to master the green transition and lead the development of the European green economy.
BOOST INNOVATION. To attract talented students, staff, researchers and stakeholders from around the world to be at the centre stage of innovation and co-create and test innovative solutions to enhance local and regional development by offering cutting-edge answers to solve local problems in the field of Sustainable Agriculture, Green Biotechnology and Environmental and Life Sciences.
GLOBALLY CONNECTED. To bring education, research, innovation and service to society into alignment through collaborative global partnerships for a knowledge-based society that promotes the smooth transition of students to international labour markets, mainstreams green knowledge and practices for societal resilience and competitiveness, and inspires Education & Training institutions worldwide to think and act green.

To provide an inclusive and blended education environment based on the principles of equality and diversity, free of all types of violence, harmful speech, discrimination and gender stereotypes, where students and members of the Academic Community can thrive as critical-thinking, problem-solving, multicultural, multilingual, entrepreneurial, creative, responsible and socially engaged citizens that share a common European identity and that works towards becoming role models in combatting gender stereotypes.

UAL has achieved a high specialization in the agri-food sector, being one of the leading Spanish universities in agricultural sciences, biotechnology, engineering, and others linked, as business or law.
Focuses on sustainable use of land and animal resources, including traditional agriculture, horticulture and forestry, nature conservation, environmental planning, landscape architecture, planning, restoration sciences and sustainable development.
Occupies leading positions in Crop Science, Animal Breeding and Husbandry and Plant Protection in Bulgaria, according to the Rating System of the Higher Education Institutions.
Collaborates closely with the educational, social, economic and cultural environment, providing services to the community and developing partnerships with professional circles.
IPC is a Higher Education Institution and was founded in 1979. It is composed by 6 colleges, inheriting the tradition and experience which makes it today one of the largest polytechnic schools in the country and one of the top 10 among portuguese HEIs.

Founded in 1175, it is one of the oldest universities in the world with strong links to industry and numerous companies producing agricultural machinery, automated industrial equipment, etc.
The oldest agricultural academic school in Poland and one of the firsts in the world. It focuses on sustainable rural development, resource protection, biodiversity and socio-cultural environment.
