University of Almería (Spain)

UNIgreen Challenge: Play, Learn and Win!

The activity will consist of a dynamic competition where the public will test their knowledge of the European Union, higher education and the scientific disciplines on which UNIgreen is based: Sustainable Agriculture, Green Biotechnology and Life Sciences.

The activity aims to promote UNIgreen, an alliance of eight higher education institutions, led by the University of Almería. It seeks to introduce students to UNIgreen’s educational offerings, which include a Double Master’s degree, a Joint Doctoral Program, and a wide range of blended intensive programs.

As part of the activity, an interactive contest will be held with themes related to the principles of the Alliance: the European Union, curiosities about the countries that make up the Alliance, the Sustainable Development Goals, Sustainable Agriculture, Green Biotechnology and Life Sciences.

Students will participate by spinning a wheel containing four categories: Word Game, Emoji Game, True or False, and Scrambled Words. The selected category will test their knowledge of the aforementioned areas.
Based on their score, students can choose from a wide variety of prizes.
