A new academic year is about to begin, and UNIgreen is welcoming students across Europe!
UNIgreen Welcome Week is an opportunity for students to discover the Alliance, connect with fellow students from different European universities, and take part in activities designed to help them feel at home in their new academic environment.
Throughout a day or a week, UNIgreen partner universities are organising a variety of activities, events and experiences to welcome their students.
Whether you are joining UNIgreen for the first time or already part of our community, this is a great opportunity to meet new people, discover your university and explore what being part of a European University Alliance means.

Polytechnic University of Coimbra (Portugal)
The Polytechnic University of Coimbra (PUC) will host “Meet. Connect. Belong. – Erasmus+ Welcome Day” on 17 September 2026, at 2:30 PM, in the Auditorium of Coimbra Institute of Engineering (ISEC).
The initiative aims to welcome Erasmus+, international and exchange students who will be spending a mobility period at PUC during the first semester of the 2026/2027 academic year. During the session, the participants will be informed about the UNIgreen Alliance, its goals and opportunities for students.
The event marks the beginning of an enriching academic and international experience, giving newly arrived students the opportunity to get to know the PUC community, make new connections and feel at home in Coimbra.
