SUMMARY:Train the Trainer - Internationalization and Training Skills
DESCRIPTION:We invite UNIgreen administrative and academic staff (at least CEFR B2 English language proficiency) to take part in an inspiring and hands-on training designed to enhance both internationalization competences and training delivery skills.This dynamic programme will empower participants to develop practical tools\, exchange experiences in an international environment\, and build confidence in sharing knowledge within their home institutions. \n\n\n\n\n\nThe event will also take place from 23 to 26 June 2026. More information is available here. \n\n\n\n\n\nWhat’s Included?\n\n\n\nParticipation in the training\, as well as mobility costs\, will be fully covered by the ‘UNIgreen Skills – Mobility Training Program’\, carried out by the Warsaw University of Life Sciences – SGGW\, as part of the NAWA Support for European Universities Programme funded by the European Union\, FERS.01.05-IP.08-0219/23. \n\n\n\nProgramme\n\n\n\nDay 1 – Internationalization and its significance\nObjective of the day: to understand the concept of internationalisation\, to learn about strategies and models for its implementation\, to reflect on the role of staff\, and to familiarise oneself with educational tools useful in this process. \n\n\n\n\nDay 2 – Intercultural Communication \nAim of the day: to learn about concepts and tools in the field of intercultural communication useful in academic work\, to develop awareness of one’s own cultural background\, and to reflect on their significance. \n\n\n\n\nDay 3 – Training Skills\nAim of the day: to develop training skills\, prepare for delivering training sessions\, and draw up an action plan. \n\n\n\n\nDay 4 – Delivering workshops and evaluation\nAim of the day: to refine workshop delivery skills through micro-teaching\, analyse potential difficulties\, and develop skills in evaluation and implementation planning. \n\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n\nMORE INFORMATION\n\n\n\n\nHow to Apply?\n\n\n\nFor enquiries regarding the training: unigreen@sggw.edu.pl \n\n\n\n\n\nRegistration Manual\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nApplication deadline: 31 May 2026
