DESCRIPTION:The Youth Forum “Green Transformation: The Economy of Change – From Ideas to Impact” took place on November 7th (Thursday) at 10:00 a.m. at the Agricultural University – Plovdiv. \n\n\n\nThe event is organised by the Faculty of Economics in cooperation with UNIgreen and aims to encourage innovative thinking\, sustainability-oriented entrepreneurship\, and student engagement in shaping the green transition. \n\n\n\nDuring the forum\, students presented their projects for change across several thematic areas: \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n\nEfficient use of resources\n\n\n\nRenewable energy sources\n\n\n\nCircular economy\n\n\n\nGreen economy\n\n\n\nBioeconomy\n\n\n\nOpportunities for biomass utilization\n\n\n\nBlue economy\n\n\n\nFrom Farm to Fork – the EU strategy for sustainable food systems\n\n\n\nOrganic farming\n\n\n\nBiodiversity strategies\n\n\n\n\nThe discussions highlighted practical opportunities for green solutions\, integrating economic growth with environmental responsibility. \n\n\n\nThe forum emphasized the key role of UNIgreen and the Agricultural University – Plovdiv in fostering innovation\, green skills\, and sustainable economic thinking among young people.
