Responsible AI for Employability, Self-Assessment, and Fair Recruitment Practices
This session explores the role of Generative AI in job hunting and its ethical implications in recruitment processes. It provides a quick but practical overview of how AI tools can support students in improving their CVs, writing cover letters, preparing for interviews, and reflecting on their skills and career paths. At the same time, the session critically examines key ethical challenges, including bias, lack of transparency, data privacy, and the risk of misrepresentation.
