Urban forests are living laboratories. They integrate ecophysiology, stress biology, carbon allocation patterns, and long-term adaptive strategies under increasingly variable climatic regimes. Understanding their resilience mechanisms is no longer optional, it is foundational for sustainable urban planning and climate mitigation policies.
Be part of the conversation.The seminar will analyse the causes, consequences and policy responses related to the gender pay gap, with an emphasis on recent developments within the European Union. The seminar will provide a comprehensive explanation of how the gender pay gap is measured and interpreted, distinguishing between the unadjusted pay gap based on overall earnings differences and the adjusted gap, which accounts for variables such as education, sector of employment and working hours.
