Opportunities include training weeks, Blended Intensive Programmes (BIPs), and Job Shadowing placements across our partner institutions. These experiences help build stronger connections and foster best practice exchange across Europe.

Job shadowing
Erasmus+ job shadowing offers UNIgreen staff the chance to observe and learn from colleagues at partner institutions, encouraging the exchange of good practices and professional development in an international context.
Training
Take part in innovative teaching and training through BIPs, fostering cross-border collaboration, co-teaching opportunities, and the exchange of best practices within the UNIgreen Alliance.
