SupBiotech is a school specialising in biotechnology engineering, offering a 5-year programme to train engineers in this field. The school aims to prepare young high school graduates for responsible positions in France and internationally in rapidly growing sectors such as health, food processing, environment, cosmetics, and bioinformatics.
The international dimension is crucial in our curriculum. To effectively manage our various global exchanges, SupBiotech is recruiting an Incoming and Outgoing Mobility Coordinator based on the Villejuif campus (94).
Position Responsibilities:
Reporting to the International Relations department, you will actively manage our students’ incoming and outgoing mobility, closely collaborating with the relevant academic departments for daily operations and contributing to the department’s organisation.
Assigned Tasks:
- Student Mobility Management: Prepare communication materials (guide and regulations, country fact sheets, country-specific meetings, etc.), conduct information campaigns and support, organise the International Jury, and handle partner nominations. The coordinator will assist students in preparing their mobility dossiers and welcome incoming students.
- Pedagogical Support: Assist in choosing study abroad paths.
- Preparation and Signing of Learning Agreements.
- Receiving International Transcripts: For semester validation.
- Updating the Partner University Database: For mobilities.
- Management of Teacher and Administrative Staff Mobility: Within SupBiotech.
INTERNATIONAL EVENTS / INTERNATIONAL WEEK
SupBiotech organises an International Week that covers several themes and gathers various international partners, including an International Forum, Staff Sharing Day, International Research Colloquium, and International Innovation Day. The Incoming and Outgoing Mobility Coordinator will be responsible for organising International Week, in collaboration with the Director of the International Department and the SupBiotech team (International Relations team, professors, researchers, and administrative staff).
INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS DEPARTMENT
Each member of the international relations department actively participates in daily management and ensures the smooth department functioning by:
- Supporting the administrative management of the department.
- Assisting in organising events for international audiences.
- Supporting various service activities.
OTHER TASKS
- Participation in SupBiotech Open Days and Advance Competition oral juries.
- Monitoring student internships and/or apprenticeships.
This job description is not exhaustive and may evolve according to the department’s needs. The coordinator will join a team of five and report directly to the Director of International Relations.
Desired Profile
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree +5 in Life Sciences.
- Excellent command of French, with good spelling.
- Fluent English (minimum level B2).
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Essential international experience.
- Availability (international travel expected).
- Rigor, organisational skills, and proactivity.

Employment Type:
- Permanent full-time executive position with a starting date of 2 September 2024.
- Contract: CDI (Long-Term Contract).
- Salary range: €38,000 – €40,000 gross per year, depending on experience.
