Harnessing UNIgreen talents in a diverse, multicultural integrated environment – challenges and opportunities
When?
On Thursday, 27 February, 2025, join us for an online event, from 10:00 to 12:00 CET with expert speakers and engaging discussions.

Subject
The UNIgreen Talent Management Strategy and Talent Management Plan assumes that the UNIgreen alliance is open to all and provides a diverse, multicultural integrated environment composed of students, staff and scientists, which enable the development of its talents, entrepreneurship and openness. At the same time, this environment is free from any kind of violence, harmful speech and discrimination. The UNIgreen Talent Management Strategy will provide students with a lifelong learning perspective, thereby taking responsibility for their labour market entry and positioning processes.
The webinar is focused on sharing good practices and instruments for attracting, engaging, harnessing and retaining talented students, researchers, professors and all teaching and non-teaching and support staff from around the world in a diverse, multicultural integrated environment. What are the challenges and opportunities and how the HEIs can employ efficient practices in their daily operations.
The results and feedback will help to design the UNIgreen Talent Management Strategy and Plan.
