Between the 17 and 21 June 2024, the University of Almería organises an in-person training centred around the Open PM² Methodology and its use within the scope of EU-funded projects.
Funded by the Erasmus+ Programme, the training is open to professionals working in any of the eight Higher Education Institutions that form part of the UNIgreen Alliance.
What is Open PM²?
PM² is a project management methodology developed and supported by the European Commission. Its purpose is to enable project teams to manage their projects effectively and deliver solutions and benefits to their organisations and stakeholders. Open PM² provides open access to PM² to all European Union institutions, EU Member States, contractors and the general public.
