UNIgreen Skills – Mobility Training Program

UNIgreen Skills – Investing in competence development in response to the challenges of modern education

With dynamic changes in the labour market and the evolving expectations of a new generation, the European Universities initiative takes up the challenge of adapting the educational offer to current needs. The UNIgreen Skills project responds to these challenges by enhancing the competencies of the administrative and academic staff of the UNIgreen alliance.

Project Goals

The main objective of the UNIgreen Skills project is to strengthen the partner universities’ capacity by implementing a series of training courses focused on developing key competencies.

Project Impact

UNIgreen Skills represents a strategic investment in developing the human potential of the UNIgreen alliance. Strengthening the competencies of the staff of SGGW and the other partner universities will contribute to building the image of a global university capable of meeting the challenges of the modern world.

Project Coordination and Management

The SGGW International Relations Office, with its experience in international projects, is responsible for coordinating the project. The project will be managed per the principles of sustainable development, considering the minimal negative impact on the environment.
