SupBiotech is a school for biotechnology engineers whose mission is to train biotechnology engineers in five years.
Internships (600 per year) and relationships with companies (partnerships, guest lectures, company visits) are crucial for the school’s development and influence. To effectively support our various actions with students and host companies, SupBiotech is recruiting a work-study administrative assistant for the internships and corporate relations department at the Villejuif campus.
Job Description
Reporting to the Director of Corporate Relations and the Administrative Internship Coordinator, you will participate in the following missions:
Internship Administration Assistance:
- Update internship search tracking tables.
- Extract internship-related data.
- Inform students and companies about the internship agreement process and monitor the preparation of internship agreements on the dedicated platform.
- Stay informed about internship regulations.
- Administratively track internships from the search stage to the final grades.
Corporate Relations:
- Post-internship offers at the career centre
- Assist in organising Corporate Relations events (SB CAREER DAY, internship defences, company interventions in Villejuif).
- Update the company database in the CRM.
- Perform general secretarial duties (mail, supply orders, room reservations).

Profile Sought
Desired Profile:
- Education: Bac +3 level, such as a bachelor’s degree in administrative fields (Business Administration and Management, Organisational Management, Economic and Social Administration, etc.).
- A working level of English is a plus for supporting international internships.
- Proficiency in Office 365 and the Microsoft Office suite: excellent command of Excel (formulas, sorting), Word, and PowerPoint.
- Statistical processing skills.
