This new UNIgreen Series Seminarwas a dedicated training meeting for the technicians of the Parmigiano Reggiano cheese Consortium, one of the UNIgreen UNIMORE stakeholders, on certifications in the food sector, with specific reference to those applied to the Parmigiano Reggiano supply chain.
